I realize it is a bit strange to be starting a blog so late in the game. I’m a year and half into my two-year stay in Korea and the adventures here are soon ending. However, I have come to terms with the fact that I was born nomadic and will always seek adventures.
Unfortunately, this means it is difficult to keep in touch with people on a consistent basis. Slowly I feel more and more disconnected to family and friends back in the States/Canada and the past countries I have visited. So my first aim for starting this blog is to help all of you get an inside peak at my daily life here with my own narration and photos.
My second aim for this blog is to help others living in Korea or possibly coming to live in Korea. I’m starting to have a bit more free time since most of my lessons are planned so I want to share both the heavenly and somewhat frustrating experiences I encounter. Keep in mind, this is only MY perspective being written. Everyone has a completely different experience during travels and living abroad and while I LOVE the food here but don’t really enjoy the crowded feeling, others may HATE the food here but love the social environment. I say, “to each their own.”
